Queen of Hearts Rules
There are 52 cards and 2 jokers for a total of 54 cards.
A new deck of cards will be used for each new game and sealed in envelopes. The envelopes will then be reshuffled then numbered 1 thru 54 and placed in the Queen of Hearts board.
For a chance to draw for the Queen of Hearts, purchase a ticket.
1 ticket - $1.00
6 tickets - $5.00
25 tickets - $20.00
Tickets will be sold at the bar.
ALL TICKETS MUST HAVE THE NAME, PHONE NUMBER AND NUMMBER OF CARD YOU WANT (#1-54) ON THE BACK OF THE TICKET, AND IT MUST BE LEGIBLE.
Tickets will be sold at the Barrels only and the jackpot amount will be posted on Facebook.
The tickets will be sold until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday & placed in a container. Each Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. there will be 1 ticket drawn for a chance to pick the Queen of Hearts. The Bartender will remove the card number on the ticket that was drawn and reveled. Each week after the drawing, all tickets will be thrown away and ticket sales will start over. The game will continue until someone picks the Queen of Hearts, then a new game will begin. Barrels Taphouse and Grill reserves the right to end the game on any given Wednesday night upon prior notification.
PAYOUT:
Queen of Hearts winner gets 60% of the pot if you’re present at time of the drawing 50% if you’re not.
Any Joker $50.00
Any participant whose name is drawn also receives a free drink chip
30% of the pot goes to St. Baldrick’s Foundation to Conquer Childhood Cancers
10% or 20% Seed for the Next Game
GAME INTEGRITY
If the name on the ticket IS NOT LEGIBLE, the ticket will be considered void and another ticket will be drawn.
